We started the CJS Pastries journey Easter 1993 where we took over the Wamuran Bakery. The beautiful town of Wamuran this store is still an excellent part of our business to this day. We moved into having stores in Caboolture less than 2 years later where the businesses head office and base has been since. Darrin Wells being a trained pastry cook started things……
